Child Safety Standards for LAKOU

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy
LAKOU maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding the creation, distribution, or promotion of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and the broader Child Sexual Abuse Ecosystem (CSAE). We are committed to providing a safe environment and protecting children from exploitation and endangerment.
2. Explicit Prohibitions
In accordance with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards, the following actions are strictly prohibited on the LAKOU platform:

The sharing, uploading, or transmission of any imagery or content depicting the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors.

Any content that facilitates or promotes child grooming or child trafficking.

The use of the platform to contact or solicit minors for illegal or inappropriate purposes.
3. Content Monitoring and Removal
LAKOU utilizes proactive measures and user reporting tools to identify and remove prohibited content. Any content identified as CSAE will be:

Immediately and permanently removed from our platform.

The associated user account will be terminated without notice.

Appropriate technical measures will be taken to prevent the offender from creating new accounts.
4. Reporting to Authorities
LAKOU complies with all international and local legal requirements. We report all instances of CSAM/CSAE to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with global law enforcement agencies to assist in the investigation and prosecution of offenders.
5. Child Safety Point of Contact
In compliance with the Google Play Child Safety Standards declaration, we have appointed a dedicated Point of Contact responsible for our organization’s child safety practices and CSAE prevention.
